Invitation for Bids for the procument of Construction of 15-Bed Hospital Building

1. The Lekbeshi Municipality, Kalyan, Surkhet has allocated funds from Government of Neapal towards the cost of Construction of 15-Bed Hospital Building  work and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract 14-NCB/WORKS/LM/9/077-078. Bidding is open to all eligible as per Section V of bidding document.
2. Lekbeshi Municipality, Kalyan, Surkhet invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of Construction of 15-Bed  Hospital Building under National Competitive Bidding – Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures. Only   eligible    bidders   with   followin   qualifications  should  participate     thibidding:
3. Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years:  [NRs 10,05,00,000.00//- (Ten Crore Five Lakhs only)]
4. Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: Construction of at least one RCC Framed Structure with Value of Nrs 13,94,00,000.00/-.
5. Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document.

1. A complete set of Bidding Documents for e-submission may be downloaded from PPMO’s Web Site www. bolpatra.gov.np./egp.
2. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Lekbeshi Municipality Kalyan, Surkhet and at 13:00 hours on 2078/01/20.
3. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically,  should  deposit  the  non-refundable feeNRP. 10000 of  bidding document    in  the   Rajaswa (revenue)  account  as  specified    below  and  the  scanned  copy    (pdf  format)  of   the Bank  deposit  voucher  shall  be  uploaded  by  the  bidder  at  the  time  of electronic submission of the bids.

1. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 hours on 2078/01/29. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
2. The Technical bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hours on 2078/01/29 at Lekbeshi  Municipality, Kalyan,Surkhet. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid,\ amounting to a minimum of as mentioned below  which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity of bid period.

1. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date.
